A personal touch to eye care
Dr. Hyunjin Oh is an optometrist residing in Northern New Jersey and ensuring better eye health and good vision for the community. She practices full scope optometry and specializes in ocular disease, pediatric optometry, and ocular emergencies. Her extensive experience in the field makes her an expert in eye care. She cares deeply that her patients feel comfortable with the treatment plan and takes their personal goals into account.
Dr. Oh emphasizes on providing quality eye care with an individualized focus. She strives to educate her patients on eye care and encourages them to focus on improving their ocular health. She is a caring practitioner who is committed to satisfactory patient care.
Dr. Oh received her doctorate at Pennsylvania College of Optometry, which is affiliated to Salus University and is now a New Jersey & New York State licensed optometrist.
Clinical optometric intern at the eye clinic at the East Orange and Lyons VA Medical Center. The externship focus was primary eye care, glaucoma management, ocular disease including diabetic retinopathy, macular degeneration and intercollaborative care with ophthalmologists at the VA and at outside hospitals.
Clinical intern in the pediatrics clinic at SALUS University. The focus of this externship was pediatric primary care, binocularity evaluations, amblyopia, vision therapy and pediatric ocular disease.
Dr. Oh started her professional education with a bachelor’s degree in biology from Rutgers, the State University of New Jersey.
